    Description

Ashtray from the Stardust Hotel and
    Country Club
    .
This is circa early 1960's when they first opened in 1961. The golf course for the club is more familiarly known as "The National" designed by Bert Stamps.  It was home to the Rat Pack. Perhaps one of them used this very ashtray! The movie 'Casino' was filmed there and the house in the movie sits near the #1 tee box.
Hard to find version of this ashtray because it is from the early Country Club.
    Included
are two boxes of original vintage Stardust Hotel & Golf Club matches. Good, clean condition with strike marks on sides.
It is made of black glass and is in very good condition with no damage. It reads Stardust, Hotel & Country Club, Las Vegas, Nevada, World's Largest Resort. The matchbox is green.
The ashtray measures 3 1/2" across.
Because of the matches, this lot ships to the lower 48 only and will ship ground. Please allow extra time in shipment.
