    "Del Webb built the famous Las Vegas Flamingo Hotel for mob boss Bugsy Siegal. His corporation went on to own the Sahara and Mint hotels in Las Vegas, and was the first publicly traded company involved in Las Vegas gambling. Del Webb was also co-owner of the New York Yankees from 1945 to 1964".
